About Us
Jay West and Mike Neitzel founded Nest Well Properties in 2013 and have collectively built a strong track record across multiple real estate asset classes, including single-family rentals, ground-up development, commercial retail and office properties, and short-term rental operations. With more than a decade of hands-on experience owning, operating, and improving diverse portfolios, we’ve consistently focused on delivering long-term stability and value. In 2025, we decided to expand our platform into multifamily acquisitions through a strategic partnership with Brennan Pohle and the Multi-Family Schooled group, allowing us to bring institutional-level expertise and opportunity to our investors as we continue to grow.
